Abstract

Because GPS has characteristics of high positioning precision,short observation time,observation station without visible and unified global geocentric coordinates,are widely used in geodetic control survey.This paper introduces the composition of GPS positioning system and GPS positioning principles etc..By GPS technique establishes the reference station and applies it in control survey system.Practice proves that this method is effective and has a certain actual application value.
