Abstract
Objective To evaluate multifunction arch's clinical effects in opening occlusion when treating Angel Ⅱ malocclusion with high facial skelete. Metheds 20 patients with Angel Ⅱ malocclusion with high facial skelete were corrected using multifunction arch. Results 2 months to 5 months (average3. 5 months) after treatment in all cases the occlusion were opened successfully without bicuspid becaming higher. Conclusions The multifunction arch was an effective and simple method to open occlusion in Angel Ⅱ malocclusion with high facial skelete.
