Abstract
This study aimed to identify a strain XN602 causing Tincaeus naturally infected disease, the morphological characteristics and main biological characteristics revealed that the bacteria was Gram-negative,based on the results of 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain XN602 shared 99% sequence with Aeromonas veronii strains from GenBank database.Phylogenetic tree showed that the strain and several Aeromonas veronii strains gathered into one cluster. So the isolated strain XN602 was identified as Aeromonas veronii.
