The Thinking about the Improvement of Small and Medium-sized Eterprises' Financing System under Current Circumstances

The difficulty of financing of small and medium sized enterprises not only restricts its active effect, but also reflects the structural defect of finance in China .That is existing financing system which based on the structure of financial tool ,financial organization, financial market could not meet the needs of small and medium sized enterprises efficiently. Firstly, this paper investigates the influence of financing using efficiency on fully increasing the capacity of financing in small and medium-sized enterprises from a macro degree. Secondly, it makes an analysis of financing structure from a metro view point. By combining with the successful experiences of the developed countries, it explores to solve the problems of financing of small and medium sized enterprises from the establishment of financing system.
