EVALUATION ON THE DEGREE OF REGIONAL RESOURCE USE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT-A CASE STUDY IN JINHUA CITY OF ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

Based on analysis of the current study level on sustainable development theory and the compound ecosystem theory, the method for the degree of sustainable development was explained in details. Followed by the method, the index system of regional resource sustainable development degree was put forward from five aspects as regional resource endowment, regional resource use benefit, regional resource use structure, regional resource external reliance and resource management. At last, based on separate measurement for the level of sustainable development, potential of sustainable development and harmonious degree of sustainable development, the degree of regional resource use sustainable development is quantitatively evaluated with the application of the AHP evaluation method. The results indicate that the degree of study area resource use sustainable development was low.
