Abstract
Tunaozi shoal is one of the famous sediment depositing shoals on the Sichuan section of Yangtze River. It’s on the fluctuation backwater area of the Three Gorges Project. While it is completed, the problem of the accumulative deposition will be more and more severe as deposited sediment on high-water period will not outwashed completely. In this study the regularity of erosion siltation of the reach under natural condition on 135m, 156m,175m water level. The regulation works on the shoal are introduced in this paper.
