Abstract
The general opinion in criminal law profession is that unit crime does not belong to joint crime; the paper, however, holds the opposite attitudes, which is necessary in both theory and practice——the immediate principal and responsible should be criminally responsible for unit crime; unit crime and joint crime share the same essence and formation requirements.
