A Research on Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Innovation Capacity in Henan Province

Based on the index system of Henan science and technology innovation ability evaluation constructed,this paper using the factor analysis method to constructing the Henan province science and technology innovation ability of the dynamic and static model,which means the nearly ten years in Henan province science and technology innovation dynamic,also on the comparison and analysis of Henan province status in the central region of the creative ability of science and technology.The results indicate that he He’nan science and technology innovation ability in increasing,but in the central area is still in the position of the middle and lower reaches.
