Abstract

Network managers need a utility network management system to help them to real-time control status of network performance monitoring network failures and optimize the network structure to maintain the stable operation of the network correctly. This paper examines the overall status of the field of network management combined with specific needs, design a network information system,the system based on SNMP protocol to access the network device MIB libraries.
