Clinical observation of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on anaphylatic purpura nephritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on anaphylatic purpura nephritis.Methods 68 cases of purpura nephritis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=28).Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of routine therapy and Chinese herb with eliminating dampness and heat,promoting blood and dissolving stasis.The effect was observed after six months by comparison of changes of Urinary sediment,erythrocyte,24 h urinary protein and serum creatinine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(95.0%)was higher than that in control group(82.1%,P0.05).Urinary sediment,erythrocyte,24 h urinary protein and serum creatinine in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has definite effect on anaphylatic purpura nephritis.
