Abstract

Simple pendulum and spring vibrator are typical living examples,which are a kind of ideal models.However,in our daily life,simple harmonic motion has many different types,so it is quick to solve the average cycle of a simple harmonic motion by usingequivalent way.Here are three equivalent ways to solve the cycle of the simple harmonic motion.
