Abstract
The author thinks that the mark of the beginning of the new democratic revolution is the integration of these three-the beginning of China's revolution led independently by the proletariat, the emergence of the bureaucrat capitalism and the revolution being carried by the proletariat to build a new democratic country.The outstanding historic event that was up to the mark was the founding of Nanjing Kuomintang government in September 1927,which also marked the beginning of the new democratic revolution.
