Resach on the VMI in Chemical Enterprise

With the market competition heating up,the chemical enterprise supply chain management plays an increasingly important role.The high inventory,low inventory turns and high liquid capital occupation have become an important problem in the chemical enterprise supply chain management.The vendor management inventory(VMI)is a kind of new inventory management method in the supply chain environment.By applying it,the condition of the whole supply chain could be improved,and the total inventory cost of system could be reduced.Considering the features of chemical materials and production in the chemical enterprise,this paper proposes the dynamic factors and notices of applying VMI,to solve the problem in the chemical enterprise inventory,which will provide a great help to the chemical enterprise inventory management.
