Application of Safety Culture Maturity Model in Construction Enterprises

In order to reduce casualty frequency,improve safety quality of construction workers and make construction safety system more perfect,safety culture evaluation model and evaluation index system for construction enterprises is studied in this paper.Firstly,by combining K-PMMM evaluation model in project management and CMM evaluation model in software industry,five development stages of safety culture are divided and safety culture maturity model is established.Secondly,safety culture evaluation index system including the factors of human and things is researched,with each factor including three evaluation indexes.Thirdly,fuzzy evaluation method is used to quantify enterprise's safety culture level so as to provide a theoretical basis for the objective evaluation of enterprise's safety culture.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the rationality and practicality of the safety culture maturity assessment model.
