Abstract

Based on the data recorded by the two systems of the 9th and10th five-year plans of Fujian Seismic Network, the earthquake magnitude determined by two systems and the velocity magnitude and simulated magnitude got by the system of the 10th five-year plan are compared. The results indicate that the magnitude deviation between the two systems generally falls into the allowable range.Meanwhile, the magnitude deviation between velocity magnitude and simulated magnitude from the system of the 10th five-year plan distributes dispersedly, with bad consistency. This study can provide reference for the transition from the 9th to 10th five-year plan system.
