Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status,genotype distribution and intervention measures of persistent high-risk cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in different patients with cervical lesions,so as to provide the basis for clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment.METHODS The flow-through hybridization technique was used to detect high-risk genotypes in 148 cases of different cervical lesions in patients who received treatment in the department of obstetrics and gynecology during Apr.2010-Jun.2013,and the relevant interventions were formulated.Data were statistically analyzed with the software SPSS13.0.RESULTS Among the148 patients of different ages with cervical lesions,106 cases of high-risk HPV were detected,accounting for71.62%.From the cervical secretions of the 106 cases of high-risk HPV infection,nine kinds of high-risk HPV were detected,including HPV-16,HPV-18,HPV-33,HPV-52,and HPV-58,among which HPV-16 was the most common with a detection rate of 44.34%.There were 75 cases of single HPV infection accounting for70.75% and 31 cases of multiple HPV infection accounting for 29.25%.The proportion of multiple HPV infection showed an increasing trend along with the increase of the grade of cervical lesion.CONCLUSION HPV-16 is the most common high-risk HPV genotype,cervical carcinogenesis is mainly due to multiple high-risk HPV infection and persistent infection.
