Analysis and strategy on employment status of graduates under popularization of education

The graduates are getting more gradually with the the popularization of higher education in our country.Currently,the employment status for the graduates is also becoming serious and this deserves more attention from the society.In this paper,the authors have analyzed the reasons that the graduates are getting more difficulties to find jobs,pointed out the methods to solve this problem,such as changing the attitude of graduates for employment,strengthening the education on employment and theoretical research on employment in the new situation,guiding the employers to change their attitude,improving the teaching contents and methods according to the market requirements.
