Abstract

In order to determine trace elements of zinc, iron, copper, manganese of green tea and jasmine tea from Beichuan County,Sichuan Province,in this study, samples were prepared by wet digestion, using flame atomic absorption spectrometry had measured four trace elements of sample solution. The results showed that Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn contents are 10. 60 μg·g- 1,66. 55 μg·g- 1,8. 80 μg·g- 1,145. 8 μg·g- 1green tea of Bei Chuan,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn contents are of 11. 40 μg·g- 1,64. 35 μg·g- 1,9. 20 μg·g- 1,149. 2 μg·g- 1jasmine tea of Bei chuan. the relative standard deviation( RSD) 1. 0%,the linear range of was 0. 00 ~ 20. 00 μg·m L- 1,the average recovery were 95. 5% ~ 101. 0%. The method was simple, rapid, high accurate of four trace elements measured of two different teas, the results obtained were in good agreement.
