Abstract
Bidding is to save money,improve the efficiency of a procurement method,standardization of the actual work of the colleges and universities bidding procurement is an important work of the university management.This paper analyzes the equipment bidding procurement problems and put forward some measures to better implement the sun procurement,to improve the efficiency of bidding.
