Abstract
Objective To evaluate the pulse tissue Doppler (PW-TDI) measurement of Tei index in right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension clinical value.Method Measure 90 patients with pulmonary hypertension measured two-dimensional echocardiography in patients with right atrial (RA) diameters, right ventricular (RV) diameter, while recording the PW-TDI tricuspid ring spectrum, measuring the relevant time interval, and calculate the right ventricular Tei index. Another 30 healthy adults selected for the control group. Results Ⅲ,Ⅱ group of patients with pulmonary hypertension measure two-dimensional ultrasound significantly increased compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P0.01 or P0.05); Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ group of patients with pulmonary hypertension measured by Tei index increased significantly (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion s PW-TDI method of measuring right ventricular Tei index can reflect the sensitivity of right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension changes in the right ventricle to assess the overall function of the better indicators.
