Abstract
The effect in activity of SOD, CAT, POD and content of MDA, nucleic acid in leaf of three different species of jujube seedling were studied under the water-stress condition. The results showed that the activity of Peroxidase(POD)and Catalase(CAT)increased at first and then decreased. Superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity and Malondiadehyde (MDA)content were gradually increased. Nucleic acid contents were gradually decreased and the DNA content was bigger than RNA content. It was concluded that the order of the drought tolerance ability is GoutouzaoJunzaoMuzao.
