Renovation of the Planning Control Based on the Demand of Intensive Use of Urban Land

So far China has been in the process of rapid development of urbanization.According to the fundamental national situations that China has a large population and is lack of land,the intensive use of urban land is the inevitable approach to the urban development.Urban planning is a significant means to realize the intensive use of urban land.By studying the connotation of the intensive use of land policy and the present situation of urban planning,the author confirmed the necessity of planning renovation and put forward the renovation measures of planning control in all the following respects: logical concept,mechanism,content and means of establishment as well as implementation and supervision in the paper.
