Abstract

LabVIEW is the most widely applied virtual instrumentation software, but its corresponding data acquisition card is expensive. To reduce costs, the author proposes to replace the data acquisition card with SCM to build temperature measurement and control system based on LabVIEW by communicating with the PC through the serial port.
