Protection of College Students' Rights——from the Perspective of Differentiation between Power and Right

Although college students' rights have aroused much concern nowadays,their rights are usually not well protected.One of the reasons is that college students have no forceful safeguard for their rights.Students almost have no power in school management in China.However,rights must be maintained and guaranteed by power.Therefore,importance should be attached to the essential difference between right and power;students should be given a legitimate position in school management and the power to participate in the management;an autonomous student organization should be established to increase the students' power in school management,thereby protecting their rights with relatively independent power.
