Law on Prevention of College Students Risk of Management

With the developing of law,the law school becomes the background and support for a college student management as an extension of the law.For college students,their legal and awareness will be stronger and stronger.And it is a fact there is a conflict with education management and the benefits of the students.As a university,we can not take state power against the legitimate of the students,can not simply pandering to the demands of the students to give up the power entrusted by the state;As students,we must have proper protection of individual from infringement of rights consciousness.At the same time,we also fulfill duties and responsibilities from the school.In this paper,the author proposed the countermeasures about how to strengthen the law management of college students.
