Abstract
Aiming at improving the total benefit of equipment procurement, the main problems of current equipment procurement sub-contract management are analyzed, the effective method of foreign military management of equipment procurement sub-contract is summarized, and the material countermeasures of reinforcing management of equipment procurement sub-contract are profoundly expounded. These countermeasures include compelled implementing competitive procurement of matched parts, attaching importance to improving the ability of war industry, standardizing the method of sub-contract management, carrying out the classified management, constituting relevant regulations as soon as possible, and etc.
