This paper focuses on analyzing the actuality and problems about the medical equipment procurement in China hospitals,proposes the possibilities of E-commerce technology application in medical equipment procurement for the future.Using multi-functions such as building the legitimate and reasonable system platform via the advanced technology,setting up the third-party based virtual market to realize the centralized bidding and procurement,uniform pricing,separate ordering and transparent transaction.Integrating the resources of medical equipment manufacturers and business enterprise,optimizing the supply chain management,simplifying the circulation and reducing the procurement and logistics costs in order to increase efficiency of the entire medical equipment operation.
