Education Technology Capability Maturity Model for Teachers in University

Abstract

The research of education technology capability maturity for the teachers in university is a subset of university informatization evaluation,and is also the hot research issue of education technology and education management.Through studying different research achievements,the existing assessment modes are compared and analyzed.Based on the Education Informatization Evaluation Model E2M2(E-Education Maturity Model) and Education Technology Ability Guidelines for University Teachers,the shortcomings of the existing research results are analyzed,and the diagnostic evaluation method with the characteristics of the maturity model is proposed.As a diagnostic evaluation tool,this model has 5 primary indexes and 17 secondary indexes,each of which includes 5 maturity levels.
