Government Input and Community Involvement on Education and Training of Migrant Workers

By the properties analysis of learning needs on migrant workers,it can be found that the need of education and training on migrant workers has both social attributes of public education product,and social attributes of quasi-public education product.Therefore,government investment will have an irreplaceable role in the realization education and training needs of migrant workers,community education and training base will play a strong role in promoting it.
