Abstract

Quality education and work ability are two important aspects for Vocational and Technical education.Nowadays the Vocational and Technical colleag graduates'employment circumstances become harder and more severe.The main reason is that the students have not enough work ability.The essay,which is on quality education and work ability,aims at finding out the problems according to analysis for the inherent relation between students' quality and work ability,and then explores how to develop students' quality and work ability.
