Abstract
In light of the present conditions of higher vocational education,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the basic characteristics of the students in higher vocational technology institutions.Based on the actual student administration in higher vocational technology institutions,this paper explores the students' ability of self-management in different aspects,and advances a series of tactics and measures to improve the students' ability of self-management.
