Abstract
Based on the speciality construction and the teaching innovation of apparatus speciality in Hunan Institute of Engineering,this paper introduces the idea and the approach of cultivating talents in engineering technology.The relations between talent cultivation and talent demand,speciality and industry as well as cultivaion project and course system are also disoussed.
