Abstract

This paper introduced the process and experience of SCIE of UESTC,in establishing the well-know speciality named Communication Engineering.With the advance of high-education popular ,some people regard the cultivating of high-quarlity talent less important .However ,the SCIE put the concept of high-quarlity strategy into kinds of mechanism establish ,such as speciality building ,education reform ,talent cultivation ,and get well effect.
