Abstract

Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia induced by drug.Method:Three cases of aplastic anemia induced by multiglycosidore triptergii were analyzed their symptoms, signs, laboratory finds, treatment, histopathological features and literatines were reviewed.Result:The aplastic anemia induced by multiglycosidore triptergii occur acutely. The association between the time had the drug and its occurring is uncertain. Whether it occurs doesn't depend on the taken dosage. The bone marrow failare can recover after stopping the drug. Conclusion:Aplastic anemia induced by multiglycosidore triptergii may results from immunologically mediated, tissue-specific organ destruction.
