Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the adjuvant treatment of Muco-solvan inhalation in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 120 children with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 60 cases.Two groups of patients were treated using conventional methodst,he treatment group was based on the use Mucosolvan inhalation.Results Clinical cure rate in treatment group was significantly higher in children with 7d therapyf,e-ver,cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales disappeared and so the time was shorter than the control group.Conclusion The efficacy of the treatment group were significantly high cure rate,better than the control group(P 0.01).
