Abstract
Objective To observe the exercise therapy on ICU difficult weaning patients. Methods All of 54 cases of ICU in difficult weaning patients were randomly divided into the two groups of 27 cases. The experimental group than in the control group gradually exercise therapy with conventional therapy. The two groups of patients with various respiratory index and incidence of complications in 2, 3 and 4 weeks were compared. Results Treatment 3 or 4 weeks after the experimental group every index was obviously higher than the control group; the experimental group patients with ICU hospitalized days and ventilation days was significantly reduced. Two complications occurrence rate was of no difference. Conclusion Exercise therapy can significantly help improve the condition of the patients with mechanical ventilation.
