Study on Killing Rat Activity of Sophora Flavescens Ait.

Abstract

The killing rat activity of Sophora flavescens of different parts were measured. The results indicated that the killing rat rate of Sophora flavescens root. Stem and leaf at 20% were 100% and 50% respectively;at 15%,were 100% and 20% respectively. Intake coefficient to food that contained Sophora flavescens root. Stem and leaf at 20% were 0. 59 and 0. 72 respectively. The safety experiment with chicken had not secondary poisoning.
