Synthesized evaluation on urban-rural integration level in Wuhan metropolitan region

By analyzing the connotation of urban-rural integration and the characters of society and economic development in Wuhan metropolitan region,estate the indicators system of urban-rural integration for Wuhan metropolitan region upon some principles and theories.It consists 4 kinds and 29 indicators,the 4 kinds include planning and construction, economic development,social services,living environment.Then,the paper evaluates Wuhan metropolitan region by using SPSS.The conclusion is as following: The level of urban-rural integration in Wuhan metropolitan region is consistent with the city's synthetic power,the status and composite advantages of Wuhan city are significantly different from other cities,the other 8 cities have their own characteristics in different aspects.In the future,Wuhan metropolitan region should base on its advantages, over urban-rural dual system,and harmonize urban-rural development.
