Abstract
In order to solve the problem of the deep borehole in-seam drilling in the soft and outburst thin seam,the paper analyzed the drilling technique difficulty under such conditions.The paper proposed and took the technical measures of the drilling capacity increased,additional dust remove capacity enhanced,drilling rod cutting remove capacity enhanced and drilling positioning for the drilling operation.256 deep boreholes with a depth over 80 m were successfully drilled in total.The total drainage gas content from 100 boreholes was improved by 3.6% in average.The gas drainage production of 100 boreholes was improved by 162% in average.The drilling length was obviously improved.
