Abstract
Among so many factors of adult learning,psychology problem is no doubt the most important one.Adult learning has it's own characteristic,and there are a lot of ambivalent leaning attitudes.The most important breakthrough to understand adult and adult learning is the analysis for adult learning and psychology problem,which will promote the acquirement and application of adult knowledge and continuous improvement of adult education.Then it is better to adapt to the characteristics for adult people.
