Concurrent focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and hemolytic uremic syndrome

Abstract
A 59-year-old man with proteinuria for 6 years,and thrombocytopeni,hemolytic anemia,acute renal failure and thrombocytopenia for 2 weeks,was admitted our hospital. Renal biopsy was performed. The histological examination showed focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and local thrombotic microangiopathy by light microscope. The final diagnosis was focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and hemolytic uremic syndrome.
