Abstract
Two patients with renal artery stenosis, secondary to atherosclerosis and nephrotic-range proteinuria, underwent renal biopsies. The results indicated focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis. The relationship between focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis proteinuria and glomerular sclerosis is discussed.
