Abstract
Education on teachers' profession affection is required not only to make teachers understand their professional value and significance,enhance their sense of dedication and honor,but also to manage the skill of emotional interaction and enjoy unbounded joys in teaching career.This kind of education is to satisfy demands of both all-round growth for students and teachers' further professional development.Also,it is an essential prerequisite and guarantee for teachers' better quality of life.
