Study on Intervention Effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction on the Cell Factor Levels in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Huayu decoction on the blood cell factors in early diabetic nephropathy(EDN).Method:105 patients of END were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and treatment group(55 cases).The control group was treated with lotensin of 10mg/time,once a day by oral intake;on the basis of control group,the treatment group was added with the Yiqi Huayu decoction,1 agent a day,8 weeks was a period of treatment.Interleukin(IL-8),IL-18 and tumor growth factor α(TNF-α)levels in blood were tested before and after the treatment.50 cases of health control were also included.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant statistical difference of inflammatory cells factor between two groups(P0.05),however,both were significantly higher than that in health group(P0.01).The cell factor levels declined significantly before and after the treatment in treatment group(P0.01).After treatment,there was significant statistical difference between two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:IL-8,IL-18 and TNF-α were associated with the development of diabetic nephropathy,and Yiqi Huayu decoction may play a positive role to inhibit the development process in early diabetic nephropathy.
