Reaserch insititute of sociology,the democracy within the party is the life of party.Developing the democracy within the party plays an important role and will be helpful for the reform of political struc- ture,limiting corruption,and the democracy within the people.Furthermore.the democracy within the party is the key and precondition of political citizenship.
