Abstract

Promoting people democracy with party democracy is a new thought of reforming political system. Developing party democracy is of great significance to the political system reform and the realization of people democracy. Supported by party democracy, political system reformed can be further promoted in the aspects like the construction of democratic system, running the country with law, strengthening our party's leading and ruling power, decision-making mechanism, reform of administration management system, personnel system as well as application of power.
