Human capital property right liquidity of elite sportsmen in China

Abstract
In modern economy and society,the human capital has been one of important producing fators of growth of economic.In the thesis,the author mainly discussed the following issues in process of competitive sports professionalization in our country: the characteristic of competitive sports athlete human capital property right fluxion;the dynamic factor and resistance factor of athlete human capital property right;It proposed the suggestions as to accelerate the property right fluxion of competitive sports athlete human capital,and promoted and deepened the professionalization and commercialization of competitive sports.
