Abstract

The labor relation is the most basic and important social relations under the condition of the market economy.Building a harmonious labor relation is the intrinsic request of implementing the scientific developing concept and the foundation of the social harmony.The new labor contract law is the guarntee for building the harmonious labor relation.Thus,this paper put forward a few thoughts for the employer to build a harmonious labor relation.The implementation of the new labor law serve as a milestone in building the harmonious labor relation.
