Abstract

The raising of the concept of running a city is the inevitable outcome from the rapid development of urbanization in China. In the conditions of market economy, running a city in the way of running a business and with proper management ideas is a necessity to accelerate urbanization, to enlarge city scale, to improve the quality and rank of city, and to strengthen its capacity of attraction and impact.
