Study on Polycentric Governance

Polycentric Governance,harmoniously integrated by multi-centerand governance,provides a different governing logic for public affairs.The intrinsic character of polycentric structure is the overlapping,competition and adjustment among multiple public service units.It has advantages of offering more choices,decreasing free riding and improving rational decision over traditional governance theories.Polycentric governance has a realistic significance to guide reflection on the relationship between government and society,exploring the inherent logic integration of public affairs and its management and the way of public and private sector management.
